Strategic / Leadership Offsites
We asked Biunca to facilitate strategic workshops and team forming workshops on 4 different occasions. For building our brand new team of 30 she was an expert in helping us set the best agenda and provided excellent tools and visualisations to capture our collective agreements. For the Risk Leadership team, she expertly facilitated a strategic offsite to help identify, sort, and prioritise the agenda collaboratively. This was the first time I saw the whole LT get up and move around the Board room and collaborate as a cohesive unit. In both circumstances she expertly helped guide us on the agenda setting, flow of the workshop and designing the right tools and activities to achieve exceptional outcomes. I particularly appreciated her ability to navigate the silences and the personalities to guide the conversation or where appropriate park items off topic.

I highly recommend anyone looking to engage with a mentor/coach to consider working with Biunca! Before working with Biunca, I had been totally stuck at a crossroads, getting lost in the noise and not really understanding who I am and what I wanted or needed from my career.
I worked with Biunca for 3 months and found her style to be quite calming and methodical, which is exactly what I needed at the time. She brought a unique perspective to our conversations and used some pretty neat reflection exercises to help clear the fog and draw out some valuable insights about myself. She would elegantly switch between a coaching and mentoring stance when the conversations got stuck.
Our sessions were a great opportunity to prioritize myself, creating space to reflect, learn, be challenged, and set goals—something that I had not been able to do well beforehand. Working with Biunca has really allowed me to clear that crossroads and find a path that is meaningful and fulfilling.
